My VERY VERY VERY favorite.

So, I love this song more than I can even describe.
I want it to play on a continuous loop in my head. It is SO GREAT!
I think it is they gypsy influence.
They are going on tour in the US starting March 1st, and they'll be in Chicago on March 4th. I'd love to be at that concert. Man, that would rock my world.
And just so you know, I am actually wearing purple. Right. Now.

This Snow is no JOKE.

It was a blizzard here today. It started at about 6am with a half inch of ice on everything, and then snowed about 10 inches on top of that. It was crazy. They shut down the mall, YES, THE MALL, and businesses were closed all over the place. It was NUTS.
I took the opportunity to use up the 50 bananas I had in my kitchen. I baked 8 loaves of banana bread and a double batch of banana chocolate chip pancakes. (The leftovers of both are now happily frozen for later.
I took some pics, but I am too tired to find the cordy thingy and plug it in, blah blah blah.
J in CA, if you are reading this, lets please talk tomorrow? I really miss you.
Now off to bed, as I need to buy a car in the morning. :)

Poor Old PT.

So, my trusty 2001 PT cruiser that has been paid off for two years is near the end of its life. We took it for the 90K tune up, and they think it has a cracked head. Ouch.We can fix it (through the repairs will come to almost the amount that the car is worth) or we can sell it to a mechanic for almost nothing, and he'll get all of the remaining value out of the car once he fixes it. (It's too bad, since we took really good care of the car and it's leather and loaded...)When do you decide to buy a new car instead of fixing the old one? Still trying to save money.Other than that, I'm really excited to go on my frist REAL date with my husband since Henry was born. We are going to see Mama Mia, and we paid for the good seats. Should be fun! Then, we are going out for Sushi. I can't freaking wait.Have a nice weekend everybody.M.
