Last Day

It's the last day of the month. Always stressful.
We are going to Wisconsin this weekend for the 4th. We will be at Bernie and Glady's, and we will also be with My mom and my side of the family for a picnic. Should be fun, hopefully.
It will be really nice to see everyone.

Why do I always need a title?

I am switching from my planner from the past year to this year's planner. Horray July 2006-June 2007!!! I was looking through my planner, and thought I would write down all of the places I have been in the last 12 months:
(Other than Chicago and Wisconsin; each Capitol I represents one trip)
Denver, Co.
Boston, Ma IIIIIIII
Minneapolis, MN III
Springfield, IL
Indianapolis, IN
San Francisco, CA
Las Vegas, NV
St. Kitts, WI (and Puerto Rico, just as a stopover)

I'm surprised I went to Boston 8 times within the last 12 months, but since my company is there, it makes sense... Yay 2005-2006 travel season. You were a busy one.

No baby news to speak of today. I feel pretty good, a little nauseous when I eat, but that's to be expected. I think I am going to start showing sooner than later. These gauchos are starting to show a little pooch...
Have a great Thursday. Wish me luck, it the end of the month. :)

A slight delay...

The fence is going up, but during the digging, all of the cable was cut around my house. No internet. (This is bad, since I am working from home.)
As you can see, it is back up and running, which I am very happy about.
Good job, cable company!

Wonderful Wednesday

Today is a day for being in the office, having a group of burly men put up a fence in our yard, and work hard to bring business in for the month.
I was very happy my good friend Silke called today. (Thanks, Silke!) That was nice.
I have much work to do, but it all depends on someone other than me. Let's bring in the orders, ladies and gentlemen!!
I hope the day turns out well. The end of the month is always stressful.
More soon,
Marta

No Worries

I was a little worried last night- I had some pain in my stomach I have never had before. I went to the doctor today just to be sure.
Everything is fine, but as a bonus, I heard the baby's heartbeat for the first time!
I started to cry, and the Dr. and I had a little laugh about pregnancy hormones. Heh!
Anyway, baby W is doing just fine. Even though I was worried. I feel better now. :)

Dreams

Last night, Dan was dreaming about us having a little girl. Pretty sweet. We both woke about 5am (I needed a bathroom break, of course) and he told me about his dream. It was so sweet. You never know, maybe we are having a girl!
It's 11 weeks today. I am giving my doctor a call to check on my medicines. Hopefully, it's all good news.
I have a lot to do today. Better get to work.

The Ticker Lives

I found the ticker I have been looking for. I posted it, so you can see where I am vs. the Jan.16th due date.
Just a little sidenote- my Mother told her friend Susie and my cousin Amy last weekend. Basically, this means everyone in my family will now know. GREAT. Thanks for stealing my thunder on that one Mom.
Disclaimer: I have no right to really be pissed at her- I did not expressly tell her not to tell anyone. I just told her WE were not going to tell anyone until after 12 weeks. I guess that does not preclude her from opening her mouth...
Ok, serenity now.

Here goes...

At one day before 11 weeks, I wanted to create a way to track my progress, and give the chosen few who know about this pregnancy an update about my uterus and all things inside. Here's a sneak peek.
I'm going to try to post some good info here. Maybe a tracker so you know where I am in the process.
Welcome. I hope you enjoy.
Marta
